THE FIRST CLASS TO HOLD A REUNION AT WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL-RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA-USA

The young ladies previously named, was on the ball. It seemed everybody in the City of Raleigh (blacks) was involved. There seemed not to have been the type of excitement for any event held in Raleigh, ever. We had three glorious days of fun and fellowship. All for the unbelievable price of $5.00 American dollars. I am afraid to tell you of the togetherness of the great “CLASS OF 1950”. Just to single out a few folks who donated important gifts or such things. Thomas “STIFF” Thorpe supplied all of the Ice Cream for all of the events.
