The Foundation will be maintained by the Prince Hall Masons within the Sandhills area of North Carolina. The Foundation will provide scholarships for deserving graduates from high schools located within Hoke, Harnett, Cumberland, Lee, Moore, Richmond, Roberson and Scotland Counties who will matriculate at Fayetteville State University.
